Typical Diving Related Weather Conditions in the Gulf of Mexico - South Padre Area
Wondering what your dive trip to the Texas Clipper or other South Padre area wrecks or artificial reefs will be like? At the same latitude as Fort Lauderdale, we are well south of Corpus Christi, and our sub-tropical yet semi-arid climate offers warm waters for most of the year, with many more days of sunshine than rain. We do enjoy a brisk cooling breeze year round, so your dive trip is more likely to be blown out than be rained out.
